Prepare DTF transfers for garments with clear artwork dimensions, quantity, fabric details, roll layout and heat-press approval.
DTF transfers are applied to suitable garments and textiles using a heat press. Tell the producer the fabric type, garment colour and print position so the transfer and application process can be checked for that garment.
Design dimensions, quantities, roll layout, print coverage and the chosen finish affect cost. Confirm whether the order is for transfers only or includes garments and heat application.
Start with artwork width and height and the number of transfers. Upload the artwork and add garment type, colour and the intended print position when available.
Approve the real-size layout and a pressed sample on the intended fabric. Obtain the producer's temperature, pressure, time, peel and care instructions for the specific transfer materials; do not use a single setting for every job.
Specify whether you need transfers only, application to your garments, or garments with printing. The quotation should state the agreed scope.
