Membership rather than an order commission
Participating production and factory partners use an agreed monthly membership or sponsorship arrangement, with no percentage commission on each order under that programme. Website catalogue listings are a separate route: they can be free, with optional paid sponsorship. A supplier programme is different from a customer’s prepaid service-credit membership.
Supplier selection and ongoing review
We assess a participating production supplier’s work and professional capability before approval and review performance over time. We may suspend, remove or replace a supplier that does not meet the required standard. For an individual order, approve the relevant sample or artwork proof and keep the agreed specifications.
Clear quotations and useful meetings
The membership model does not guarantee the lowest market price or an unchanging price. Confirm the product, material, size, quantity, branding, inclusions, delivery, any installation, applicable tax, payment terms and the final total in writing. Confirm who fulfils the work, issues the invoice and handles any defect or delay. In the factory partnership route, the factory fulfils the work and receives payment directly.

عضوية بدلاً من عمولة على الطلب
يعتمد برنامج شركاء الإنتاج والمصانع على عضوية أو رعاية شهرية متفق عليها، دون عمولة بنسبة من كل طلب ضمن هذا البرنامج. إدراج المواقع والكتالوجات مسار منفصل، وقد يكون مجانياً مع رعاية مدفوعة اختيارية. كما تختلف عضوية المورد عن عضوية العميل ذات الرصيد المسبق للخدمات.
اختيار المورد ومتابعة الجودة
نقيّم أعمال مورد الإنتاج وقدرته المهنية قبل اعتماده، ونتابع أداءه لاحقاً. يمكننا تعليق أو إزالة أو استبدال المورد الذي لا يلتزم بالمستوى المطلوب. ولكل طلب، اعتمد العينة أو التصميم المناسب واحتفظ بالمواصفات المتفق عليها.
عرض سعر واضح واجتماع مفيد
نظام العضوية لا يعني ضمان أقل سعر في السوق أو ثبات السعر دائماً. أكّد خطياً المنتج والخامة والمقاس والكمية والطباعة وما يشمله السعر والتوصيل والتركيب عند الحاجة والضريبة وشروط الدفع والإجمالي. حدّد من ينفذ العمل ويصدر الفاتورة ويعالج العيوب أو التأخير. في مسار شراكة المصانع، ينفذ المصنع العمل ويستلم الدفع مباشرة.
